Key Responsibilities
- Welcome arriving guests, complete check-in procedures, and issue room keys
- Handle guest check-outs, process payments, and provide accurate billing statements
- Respond to guest enquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel PMS system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest requests or complaints
- Maintain the reception area as a professional, organized, and welcoming space
