Job Description
A busy food service establishment in Zurich, Switzerland is seeking hardworking Dishwashers to maintain kitchen cleanliness and support the back-of-house team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth kitchen operations and compliance with food hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Operate industrial dishwashing machines efficiently
- Sort and stack clean items and return them to the correct storage areas
- Keep the dishwashing station and surrounding kitchen areas clean and dry
- Dispose of kitchen waste correctly and maintain bin areas
- Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks during quieter periods as directed
