Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Farm Worker to join our agricultural team in Warsaw , Poland . The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of farm operations, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. This is a physically demanding role that requires dedication and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plant, water, and tend to crops throughout the growing season
- Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools
- Monitor crop health and report issues to the farm supervisor
- Harvest produce and prepare it for storage or distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and order across farm areas and storage facilities
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations on the farm
